No, you do not need to be home! In fact, the majority of our clients prefer to be out running errands or at work while we clean. You can provide us with a door code, leave a key in a secure lockbox, or arrange for your building’s concierge to let us in. All entry details are kept strictly confidential and secure.
Absolutely. For your peace of mind, our entire team is fully background-checked, bonded, and covered by comprehensive general liability insurance and WorkSafeBC. We treat your home with the utmost respect, but we are fully protected in the rare event that an accident happens.
Yes, we provide everything needed to make your home sparkle—including commercial-grade vacuums, fresh microfibres, and specialized surface cleaners. If you have specific eco-friendly preferences or specialized surfaces (like unsealed marble or delicate hardwood) and prefer we use a specific product you provide, just let us know ahead of time!
We know life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled clean may be subject to a late cancellation fee to compensate our team members for their reserved time.
